Free consultation applies to the following treatments:
Consultation time refers to the first 10 minutes of each session you attend.
The first 10 minutes begins from the start time of your appointment. Any lateness will be deducted from your consultation time. (Please refer also to cancellation policy here)
Consultation means determining your suitability for treatment by the practitioner.
Consultation does not mean diagnosis.
If your consultation reveals that treatment be deemed by the practitioner as unnecessary or inappropriate, you will not be charged for your session. (10 minutes is more than enough time for your practitioner to determine client suitability for treatment)
Within the first 10 minutes, consultation is deemed over once treatment starts.
Charges apply when consultation deems treatment appropriate and treatment is started & carried out. (Please also refer to cancellation policy here should you have to cut your session short mid-treatment).
In cases where a consultation at the behest of the client exceeds 10 minutes, clients will be informed that charges will now apply and that NO treatment will be carried out (due to time constraints). Full session price will apply in this instance.
Offer applies to weekday appointments only.
Offer does not apply to evening (4pm onwards) / Saturday / national holiday clinic times.
Final appointment times for early bird appointments is 3:30pm.

Should you become aware that you are unable to make your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Regrettably, same day cancellation will incur paying for your missed appointment in full. This can be avoided however if there is another available space in that day's timetable, either earlier or later than your cancelled appointment, that you are able to attend. Special offers or care package discounts will not apply in cases of late cancellation. We understand that life happens and we will do all we can to work with you in a way that accommodates both yours and our valuable time & money.
If you miss an appointment that was reserved in advance as part of a care package, you will forfeit that session from the total.
If you must leave mid-treatment, you will be charged for the full session.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any of our treatments, products & services.
We will honor all gift vouchers that are in date and only as payment for our services. We cannot exchange vouchers for cash.
